Within hours of having uttered these words, a huge storm battered the UK with the fiercest winds seen in nearly 300 years.<br /><br />16 people were killed and over 1.5 million trees were uprooted as the hurricane tore a path across the country.<br /><br />I wonder who that woman was who phoned the BBC and how did she know that a hurricane was coming?
